My father loved to paint still lives of junk around the house. He made hundreds of images of collected found objects, from 1990s McDonalds toys to old electrical hardware from yard sales. I've started to make some sticker versions of my dad's paintings. Copying and simplifying them (and sending them out into the world in miniature) feels like sustaining a family tradition.
